Introduction - Let us get to know you! (Please include Gender, Age and Country)
I'm a 24 years old Romanian male, studying in Dublin and visiting my family on holidays in Italy. I enjoy playing video games, working out or going out in my free time.

Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.
Ilvl will generally win for discipline priests. When comparing items of similar ilvl, haste will generally be the most important stat. Haste will have the biggest impact on your dps (which is obviously important for a disc as that also leads to an increase in hps), and it could be what can lead to an extra atonement or two being squeezed into your ramp. Crit is the second most important stat, followed closely by versatility. Mastery is considered the worst and least desireable stat as it does not increase your dps. However, generally most stats will end up relatively close to each other in terms of their contribution to hps, however healer dps is very important for progression hence i try to get as much haste out of my gear and close 0 mastery if possible.

Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.
There is not much to say for the first 3 talent choices for disc. Schism and penance are vital parts of discipline's kit for raid healing, with schism providing burst healing and making ramping (discipline's main strong point) stronger and solace being a core spell like penance. Angelic feather is the best choice in the second tier as it will provide a bit extra mobility to a class that barely has any. The 4th tier is mostly a cc one and largely irrelevant for raiding, with shining force having some niche uses if there's some add control that needs to be done.

The next two tiers are the ones which provide the most choices for disc depending on the fight. The 5th tier is largely a choice between Sins of the Many and Shadow Covenant. Sins of the many is the choice I largely prefer, as even when you have atonements out it is a 3% dps increase. Shadow covenant can be used when you need more constant healing, however it is many times unnecessary. Furthermore, disc's main role is strong burst healing on relatively short cooldown, and (depending on the fight) it is better to leave the constant damage taken to be healed by other healers instead of trying to snipe it with shadow covenant. The 6th tier is mostly a choice between Purge the Wicked (PtW) and Halo. Halo is a good aoe heal, however once again on many fights it will end up not being needed. I prefer running PtW on most bosses for extra dps, and it will be especially strong on fights with adds as using penance on a target with PtW on it will spread it on another target, making you not have to waste globals to apply PtW separately and leading to an overall increase in dps.

Evangelism is a defining trait of disc which makes you able to do incredible burst healing every 1.5 minutes, hence it will be used in most (99.9% situations). Luminous barrier is very niche, and I have not yet encountered a situation where it was worth taking.

Resources - Please tell us sources you follow to keep up to date with your class:
I mostly use class discords, especially when I have to get familiar with the class. However, for ways to play a fight as a disc I feel like analyzing VoDs or logs of strong disc players will have the strongest positive impact on my play.

Raiding history:
I started playing WoW in October (pugged my way to 8/8HC 2/8M). As a Mistweaver I progressed the first 8 bosses. I rerolled to resto Shaman for Jaina. At the start of EP I rerolled to Discipline and am 3/8M so far. Atm the guild is at 200+ wipes on Ashvane, with a kill being hopefully near (mostly due to what I personally consider a poor decision to try to 2 phase the fight).

Guild history and reason for leaving them:
I joined Solacium at the start of BoD and progressed together to Mekka (sub 10% wipes on him). The guild disbanded, and shortly after I joined Made for More and progressed from Mekka to Jaina and achieving my first CE. I like quite a few of the people in the guild, however I am unhappy with the goals of the guild. I am not happy with simply achieving CE, no matter how long it takes.

Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:
I expect a competitive environment, where people strive to improve and properly prepare for progression, which is the most important and fun experience of mythic raiding in my opinion. I also hope to find fun people to enjoy playing the same game we love. You can expect from me good preparation and performance, a competitive person who loves the challenges of mythic raiding.

Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!
I mostly want to say that I know I do not have extensive raiding experience over multiple tiers. However, I am a fast learner that usually plays just one game and fully dedicates to it. I am a fast learner, and have already played in a short amount of time 3 different healing specs in progression, while accumulating experience and play time on all healing specs (and some dps specs) except holy priest. I feel like I performed quite well this tier on a spec that's relatively complex which I played in progression for the first time. Furthermore, I'm open to playing dps if the guild would like me to do it (Ele shaman has the 3 425 benthic pieces it needs and shadow will have 4 425 benthic pieces in about a week).

I will post a few progression/first kill nights of this tier, and please feel free to ask if you want to see more or if there's anything I could further clarify.
