Character name:

Introduction - Let us get to know you! (Please include Gender, Age and Country)
Hello! My name is Nick Wiggers, 25 years old and i live in the Netherlands. In daily life i follow a bachelor Communication & Multimedia design and next to that i go to the gym and play games :)

Please provide us with the following:
- Link to your armoury: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/wildhammer/silverlane
- Personal warcraft logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/id/560431
- A screenshot of your UI: https://imgur.com/a/ekEMg8y
- Connection info results: https://www.speedtest.net/result/8111956283
- Do you have a working microphone? Yes!

Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.
Elemental shaman focusses on Crit and versatility. Crit because earth shock is a big hitter and versatility because it increases overall dmg done and decreases damage taken. Mastery is just plain bad, and haste is meh because elemental uses alot of instants these days.

Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.
Echo of the elementals (paired with igneous potential traits for maximum lava bursts)
Totem mastery, because it sims highest and simply outperforms other talents.
Master of the elements (makes rotation a bit more chalenging, but harder hitting spells in general)
Icefury (move damage on the move and sims highest, ideal talent for fights like opulence etc.)
Stormkeeper, on use burst single target or aoe.

Resources - Please tell us sources you follow to keep up to date with your class:
Earthshrine (shaman discord)
Icy veins
Raidbots to constantly sim myself

Raiding history:
My realm is pretty dead, i always been in the top 2 or 3 guild of the realm but they didnt even reach cutting edge before end of the expension. I've raided since Emerald nightmare, and always mained shaman. All 3 specs even.

Guild history and reason for leaving them:
Mootangclan, raided mythic for like 1,5 years, but then they stopped raiding, hence i left.
Red Suns, current guild, currently 4/9M but i want to find something higher end, because i feel like they keep my back by making simple mistakes over and over again, and im always top dps (by far)

Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:
I expect a nice raiding guild where people can get along well with each other. And raiding atmosphere feels pleasent eventho we have to be serious at times of progress. What you can expect from me is a kind helping person, social in the guild and willing to take that extra step (in terms of preparation, helping out others, m+ boosting alts etc).

Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!
Hope to see you soon :)

Hello Silverlane!

Thank you for applying to us here in Endless. Officers have decided to decline your application, due to low current experience.

We wish you the best of luck onwards
