Character name:

Introduction - Let us get to know you! (Please include Gender, Age and Country)
My name is Zono, I'm 27 years old and currently studying philosophy in Amsterdam. I play drums and make discord emojis out of guildmember selfies, a highly sought after skill no doubt.

Please provide us with the following:

- Do you have a working microphone? Yes

Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.
I sim my stat weights. The spec profiles are made by the most active theorycrafters that also hang around the Ravenholdt discord. When legion hit and titanforging became a thing I started to sim every piece that I thought could be an upgrade, and also started to sim my stat weights after every upgrade, because the ilvl became more important than the secondary stats in some extreme cases.

Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.
Right now I'm specced into what the sub profile is using in simcraft's pre-raid profile. Seeing as how the expansion is around the corner I expect some things to change still, and I'll be playing whatever performs best, or is required by the guild for certain roles.

Resources - Please tell us sources you follow to keep up to date with your class:
I use Simcraft to keep my stat weights tight, and to make sure I get as much out of my gear as possible. Ravenholdt for most of the theorycrafting and there's always useful info floating around there. And Warcraftlogs to see how top players handle encounters.

Raiding history:
My relevant mythic raiding experience started in WoD when I joined Project Flying Monkey on the maelstrom. I did some CM's with the GM and he asked me to join and I've played with them for three years since then. Started in brf and finished everything up to nighthold with them. Before that I've raided casually in cata and really shortly ToT in Mists. This was mostly 10M normal (now heroic) and a couple bosses in heroic (now mythic :p). But yeah I didn't start clearing content until WoD.

Guild history and reason for leaving them:
I've been playing with Project Flying Monkey for the last three years. After we decided to stop raiding in nighthold I took a break. At that point I was a bit frustrated with the state of the game with how legendaries worked and how I felt pigeonholed into playing a suboptimal spec because of rng earlier in the expansion, so I quit the game. We had plans to reboot the guild for BFA but most of the core has moved on either to other games or other guilds and are comfortable playing there. So now I'm looking for a new place to continue playing. Hopefully settle down, start a family. The usual.

Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:
If I get to trial with you I hope you'll find me a very motivated player. I think I'm skilled at the game, my logs reflect that up to a point. It's hard to get a complete picture out of just logs, so I want to show you I'm a good mechanical player too :) Other than that you can expect close to 100% attendancy, I come prepared for fights and I want to get the most out of the time we're raiding as possible.

What I expect from you is an efficient raiding environment, clearing content while it's relevant and having fun while doing it.

Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!

Also I can't grow a beard.. no hate please.

Hello Hoobashank!

Thank you for applying to us here in Endless. Officers have decided to decline your application, due to low "current" raiding experience.

We wish you the best of luck onwards
