Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.Current stats:
CS: 22%
H: 26%
M: 19%
V: 10%
Legion didn't really offer much in terms of stat priority for resto druids as long as you have a decent balance between mastery, haste and crit - so i've mostly been going for highest item level - it really comes down to player preference and finding the right balance you feel comfortable with - having too much haste leaves you open to going oom too quickly even though it does improves hot tick rate and casttime - having too much mastery, while it does provide a benefit for each hot you have will leave you sluggish. I've been playing around two different stat priorities: Haste>Crit>Mastery at the start of legion and Mastery>Haste> Crit for TOS and Antorus and there's not much different. Currently going for a haste build but will likely focus on a mastery build come launch as mastery.
Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.T15 - Cenarion Ward default choice unless spot healing is required then I would go Abundance
T30 - Tiger Dash - Rip blink - relatively short cd speed burst is always nice to have to get out of sticky situations
T45 - Guardian Affinity by default unless there's a fight where everyone is super spread then Balance Affinity
T60 - Very situational and depends on the fight - on a fight like coven Mass Entanglement is a must while Typhoon is a much on a fight like Aggramar
T75 - Tree for longer fights (very strong with Abundance for saving mana) - Cultivation for high burst fights - having the extra hot helps a lot with mastery
T90 - Spring Blossoms for stacked fights - Inner Peace for spread fights
T100 - Flourish - extremely strong since Essence of GHanir was backed into it and will likely be the default choice for BFA

Raiding history:Vanilla - cleared up to Twin Emps
TBC - most of SCC and TK - bar from the last bosses
WotLK - up to Mimiron hard mode had to quit raiding due to uni
Didnt raid in cata and mop - was a social in some guilds as i couldnt raid due to uni and then work
Started raiding again in WoD in BRF - cleared up to Maidens mythic and all of mythic HFC
Legion - 7/7M EN, 2/3M ToV, 9/10M NH, 6/9M ToS, 11/11M Antorus
Guild history and reason for leaving them:Only going to list the last two since they are the most relevant:
Nocturnal Supremacy - left because its a very late night raiding guild and i couldnt raid anymore as i changed jobs
Once Again - guild is being run like a HC guild - Argus mounts are being raid rolled to trials that leave the next day, officers dont use consumables/enchants and deflect when the issue is brought up - several players are downright toxic during progress - last raid raid before BFA break we killed gorothi only the GM who is usually the MT couldnt do Aggramar combo.
Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:What you can expect:I'm a very mature and flexible player - i can play any role confidently on either my druid or my dk - i can perform most "shit jobs" like doing adds or 3rd taking without complaining - over the last 2 expansions i've done progress as a melee on my dk, a tank on both my druid (most of EN) and DK (WoD and Antorus) as well as range (wod) and healer (wod and most of legion) on the druid. I don't mind playing what the guild needs but i would prefer to be on the druid since that's the toon I'm most invested in - i've double mained for my last 2 guilds for that reason - just to keep progress going.
What I expect:A stable and mature environment where progress is taken seriously and where i can push myself to perform
Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!Nothing more to add really

- Will likely keep my DK up to date for the inevitable "we need blood dks for this fight"
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/kazzak/skyblighthttps://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kazzak/skyblightOtherwise i will alt another healer - i usually like to have at least 2 alts be raid ready in case of roster changes - this is the plan for BFA as well
