Introduction - Let us get to know you! (Please include Gender, Age and Country)

Before I begin my introduction, I would like to mention that I have recently swapped to Horde with the intentions of playing Warrior in BFA and Prepatch if there is space. I am taking a short break from raiding whilst I complete my finals at University and gear up the warrior a bit more. I previously played Warlock and Rogue in Antorus and cleared 11/11 mythic. I will display those logs in the free text location.

Anyways, hi! My name is Callum, I am 22 years old and I live in the UK. I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Game Development and will be finished in September. I spend pretty much the majority of my free time playing World of Warcraft and I also consider myself to be a bit of an Altoholic.

Please provide us with the following:

Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these.

I am currently playing Fury so the stats with the T21 set is all about getting as much Mastery and Haste as possible, although reaching 27% Haste is important to reach that breakpoint. Mastery increases all damage during Enrage and Haste allows for more Rage generation, shorter cd on Bloodthirst and quicker auto attacks which deal a significant amount of damage.

Talents - Please explain your talent choices for a single target fight or an add controlled fight. And why you choose these talents.

Talents for Fury are pretty straightforward. You don't really swap them around besides the T15

T15: Endless Rage is taken the majority of the time, though if you can kill adds often, War Machine is much better.
T30: I usually stick with Double Time, 2 charges of...Charge and shorter cd is very handy, though if stuns are required, Shockwave is taken.
T45: Avatar. Fury loves stacking cds and Avatar works well for increasing burst damage.
T60: I tend to stick with Warpaint unless I find that I need to use Leap more often.
T75: Frothing Berserker goes hand in hand with the T100 talent and the extra damage and speed is just overall better.
T90: Bloodbath. Another cd which is always paired up with Battle Cry. It works well with the T21 set and when combined with Execute phase or AoE, it can deal a lot of damage.
T100: Reckless Abandon extended the burst phase and also provides a free use of Rampage as it generates 100 rage. The other two talents just don't work well with the curret toolkit.

Resources - Please tell us sources you follow to keep up to date with your class:

I follow the Warrior Discord page where all the guides, changes and chit chat goes on. It's always kept up to date so it is a reliable source of information.

Raiding history:

Tier 13: Dragon Soul 8/8 HC
Tier 14: Mogu Shan Palace 3/7 HC Heart of Fear 6/6 Normal   Terrace of Endless Springs 4/4 Normal
Tier 15: Throne of Thunder 13/13 Normal 1/13 HC
Tier 16: Siege of Orgrimmar 14/14 HC (Before Mythic was a thing)
Tier 17: Highmaul 7/7 Mythic   Blackrock Foundry 8/10 Mythic
Tier 18: Hellfire Citadel 3/13 Mythic (I did buy a boost so I have Cutting Edge ^_^)
Tier 19: Emerald Nightmare 7/7 HC 1/7 Mythic    Trial of Valor 3/3 Mythic   Nighthold 10/10 Mythic
Tier 20: Tomb of Sargeras 5/9 Mythic
Tier 21: Antorus the Burning Throne 11/11 Mythic

Guild history and reason for leaving them:

During Tier 13 til Tier 15 I was in a guild called Ambition Unbound. The leader decided to quit and raiding stopped, so I moved on.

I then joined a guild called Stance Dance Revolution and cleared Siege of Orgrimmar HC with them. They were a fairly casual guild so it took the entire tier to clear Heroic and we were about a week away from losing out on Cutting Edge. Unfortunately, with the changes to Mythic mode, the guild found it pretty difficult to recruit and decided not to do Mythic.

During this time, the leader from Ambition Unbound returned and many of the members from that guild decided to return, so I moved my main over to that guild to raid mythic and also raided with Stance Dance Revolution at the same time. Ambition Unbound ended up dying at Blast Furnace so I just stayed casual with Stance Dance Revolution after that. The leader from there decided to quit but my friend took over and we tried to get a mythic team going, although recruitment was dead, we managed to get 3/13 Mythic.

We continued all the way through til Nighthold but it became very clear to us that the members we had did not care enough about raiding whilst me and the rest of the leaders wanted to raid mythic, so we disbanded the guild and went Alliance and joined No Hard Feelings. We cleared Nighthold mythic and 5/9 Tomb of Sargeras but yet again, the guild decided to stop during Tomb. I wasn't really up for trying to clear Tomb so I joined a guild called Necessity and helped them out a bit with dps but that was just temporary.

I went through a few guilds in between but those guilds messed around with me and my friend during trials on separate occasions so we didn't stick around. He ended up going casual but I returned to No Hard Feelings and we cleared Antorus Mythic. Now I have decided to swap back to Horde and I have said farewell to No Hard Feelings.

Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you:

I expect the leaders of the guild to take their roles seriously and to not be afraid of dishing out criticism as well as calling people out when they make continuous mistakes. Should people decide to retaliate or do something that goes against the rules to receive a suitable punishment. Loot ban, bench, kick w/e

You can expect me to always turn up or give as long notice as possible if for whatever reason I cannot make it. You can expect me to always keep up to date with my class and boss mechanics as well as focus on my main for specific mandatory grinds when they are available.

You can expect me to always put progression and rekills over my own personal performance. I do try my hardest to achieve the best dps possible provided it doesn't cause problems, such as ignoring mechanics or not swapping targets when called for.

You can expect me to make necessary callouts during fights such as calling for escorts when I have fear and bomb for example.

Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!

If you made it this far thought my long ass text, then congrats and thank you! I mentioned in the Introduction about my previous characters during Antorus so I will link you those logs for you to look at.

I would like to mention that my friend from Stance Dance Revolution may possibly join me as a Hunter but not 100% yet, though he would most likely join just for BFA.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Withdrawing my application. Over a week and no response and during this time I have found a guild to join.
